Yes, definitely. All products sold by LussoCitta are 100% authentic guaranteed. LussoCitta only import products from official source, proof of authenticity will be kept for importation and exportation.  

 

Are the products sold by LussoCitta brand new or preloved?
LussoCitta only sells brand new products.

 

How long does the shipping takes?

For Singapore local shipping:

We offer 3 types of local shipping options:                      

1. Standard shipping FREE, 2-3 working days (Including Saturday).
2. Same day shipping $14.99, (cut off at 1pm Monday to Friday only, excluding PH and weekends)
3. Self Collection (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm)

For international shipping:

The estimated shipping days will be showed before checking out. Please note that the shipping dates showed are indicative, the actual shipping period maybe vary depending on the destination country custom clearance.

 

Does LussoCitta accept returns?

 Yes, Lussocitta accept returns. Please refer to the “Exchange and Return” details for more information.

 

I just placed an order, but I see there is a sale going on, can I cancel the order and reorder again?

For orders placed within 24hours before a sale start, you will receive a price match credit back into your store credit account.

 

Does my store credit expire?

No, there is no expire date for the store credit earned.
