Lusso Citta was founded in June 2009 by several good friends who share interests and knowledge about luxury products.
Today, Lusso Citta has 5 teams, they are located in Singapore, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Portland and Florence.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
One of our principle is to deliver AUTHENTIC designer goods to customers at reasonable yet affordable prices.
The most frequent questions we ask ourselves are: "Is there anyway to lower the products' costs?" , "How can we reduce the selling prices?" and "Is there anyway to lower the costs?"
We have learnt that we need to get the products in bulk to lower the products' costs. We need to ship the products in bulk to lower the shipping costs. We need to cut all unnecessary expenses such as operate without a physical store, cut down unnecessary packing materials, reduce unnecessary manpower etc to lower the operation costs.
So we choose to import our products directly from Brand Owners in bulk to reduce the products costs. This way we have no doubt about the products' authenticity too. Right now, all products sold by Lusso Citta are directly imported from Brand Owners, NO THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER INVOLVED.
Our shipments to Singapore are in bulk too. We have reduced our shipping cost by 61% since 2016, and we are still trying to lower it as much as possible.
Yes, we have done all we have learnt so far. And yes, we have lowered our selling prices by nearly 26%. And yes, we will try harder to reduce the selling prices more.
Here is another principle that we are proud of, it is: QC the products before shipping it to customer just like it is bought by your own family member or friends. Sounds silly, but we truly followed it.
Lusso Citta has a 3-step QC system:
Step 1 products are QCed before ship to Singapore.
Step 2 products are QCed before inbound when reached Singapore.
Step 3 products are double QCed before shipping to customers. (1 crew outbound and QC and1 crew QC again before packing the product)
This 3-step QC system has a beautiful record that our defective product return rate is less than 1/10,000. Wrong product shipped to customer is ZERO in 11 years of our operation.
